Sometimes all you need is a backdrop, a bar, a few tabletop pieces, or one statement piece to bring everything together.

Party rentals can be as simple or as involved as your event needs. Choose what works with what you already have, fill in the gaps, and skip buying things you’ll only use once.

Not sure what you need? Start with your event, your space, and the pieces you already have, then build from there. 🥂

We all have that Pinterest board.

The one filled with ideas that were absolutely making it to the event... until it came time to actually find them.

Maybe it wasn’t available locally. Maybe renting wasn’t an option. Maybe the closest thing just wasn’t quite right.

So we’re curious, what never made it off your Pinterest board?

Drop the piece, detail, style, or idea below. We’re paying attention to what’s missing around here. 👀🤎

A little look at the work that happens behind the scenes before everything comes together. 🤎

There are a lot of moving pieces to an event, and I love being the one making sure they all end up exactly where they need to be. 🥂

Consider this your sign to stop waiting for the “big” occasions. 🤎
Have the dinner. Invite everyone over. Celebrate the little win. Make an ordinary Saturday feel like something.
We’re big believers that gathering your people is reason enough.

The best rental pieces aren't made for just one kind of event. Change the colour, florals, signage and styling, and suddenly the same piece feels completely different.

We want our collection to fit into your celebration, not the other way around. 🤍

Which one are you saving?

Beautiful for the party. Not taking up space in your house for the next five years.

Some things just make more sense to rent.

Browse our Rental Collection, or message us if you’re looking for something specific for your next event. 🤎

I notice it all. Happy Thanksgiving from The Collective. 🤎

A few things we’ll pretty much always get behind. 🥂

Making the little moments feel special, gathering your favourite people, adding the details just because you can, and finding any reasonable excuse to pop the ch*****ne.

What are we celebrating next?

Apparently, the trophy wife life was never really in the cards. 😂

Too many ideas, too many things to do, and apparently this kind of energy from birth.

Wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤎

Holiday party season has a way of sneaking up quickly. 🥂

Whether you’re planning a staff party, client event, Christmas dinner or something a little more intimate, now is a good time to start thinking about the pieces that will bring it together.

Backdrops, bars, signage, tabletop details and those finishing touches you probably don’t want sitting in your basement for the other 364 days of the year.

Planning something this holiday season? Send us a message and let’s see what we have for your date.
