Another amazing night! Shawn and Naomi’s wedding was a success! The bride was more than beautiful - she was perfect….and the venue has been so amazing! Chef Nate has an amazing crew and the prime rib and chocolate lava cake was 😍and Dylan was a great communicator to have for this wedding!
Having and taking 📸 is always amazing! Not only does everyone look amazing but we all can laugh through the stressful little moments, even a door that kept opening and closing…sounded like some one was 💨 all night 🤣, to my 6 month pregnant self telling people to stop trying to take my food and dessert 😂
So thank you for letting me be apart of this beautiful day Naomi and Shawn! More pictures to come soon!

it’s Monday! T-minus 11 days till 🤗😁🥰
I have a few things to do like spray paint the vases, finish up the menus, name tags, seating chart design, and create the back drop! All the things I am so excited for! This is the fun stuff :) not just organizing the behind the scenes!
Side note: Naomi is such a great bride as we talked the other night my two year old ran screaming into the bedroom to tell both her and I that he had successfully gone on the potty 😂 thanks Naomi for telling him good job and cheering with me! Haha

Wedding season is here! The world we live in has changed a lot and some parts of our world need to change. Thanks to for the nomination! This is the first photo we shared with people 7 years ago. I’ll never forget one day we were just chatting and out of the blue Caleb says, so what were you thinking? I looked him dead in the eyes and said, “In the Spring.” And then the subject was changed. We knew we wanted to spend our life together.
I read a recent post from .jaeger (who has some amazing ideas for essential oils, btw)who shared her heart of how opposite her husband Justin and her are. It’s such an honest post and good reminder that relationships take work and how important it is to realize we cannot change each other ourselves!
So as I reflect on those beginning days and think about my relationship with my amazing husband I can truly say that marriage is worth fighting for. So in these days where you’re home with your loved one... I hope you see the beauty and worth of fighting to love each other through these times of uncertainty.

This is what happens when you get two together to create a scene fit for Northern Alberta 🍁🌲🍂
When first contacted me with and idea we couldn’t wait to start creating... normally coordinating schedules with anyone here in Fort McMurray is a challenge but we just did it! I loved that Genoveve was so quick to jump at this collaboration - she is easy going and took beautiful photos even of just the set up! Over the next few days I will post a bit about each featured family photographed and share what they love about this place we call home. Where the highway ends and nature continues...
We did this to share more of our passion with those who live around us. We here want to help you with your events whatever they may be and in whatever capacity you need help

Genoveve over called me up this week about collaborating with her on some photography. I love to set up pretty things probably 🤷‍♀️ Either way, both of us knew that only lasts for two weeks here in so we invited some families and friends out for some quick 🍂 Fall 🍁 photos.
Genoveve is wanting to build her portfolio and I am dying to show you what we cooked up over the last few days!
