Another incredible year at Weechi-it-te-win Family Services Children’s Days ❤️
This has become one of our favourite annual events, and we feel so lucky to be a small part of such an incredible community event.

This year, we set up one hex tent with a total of five attached 20x20 marquee tents, creating plenty of space for the many agencies and vendors to each have their own area. We also provided 15 8ft tables, 6 6ft tables, 25 round tables and 250 stacking chairs to help bring it all together.

But beyond the tents, tables and chairs, this event is about so much more. It’s about community, connection, family, culture, laughter and creating a space where children can come together and simply have fun.

We love seeing this event come to life every year and watching so many amazing people and organizations come together for the kids.

Thank you to Weechi-it-te-win Family Services for continuing to trust us year after year. We are so proud to be a small part of Children’s Days and look forward to it every summer! 🧡

This year we had the pleasure of setting up three 20x20 marquee tents to provide some shared space and comfort for everyone throughout the day.

We were honored to receive this write up following the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people event and awareness walk❤️

“Giishkaandago’ Ikwe Health Services partnered with several community organizations on May 5, 2026, in recognition of Red Dress Day—the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people. The event included an awareness walk and a community BBQ, bringing people together in remembrance, reflection, and advocacy.

To support this important gathering, we engaged Cedar Creek Design for event rentals, including a hex tent, tables, and chairs. Our experience working with their team was exceptional. Alyssa and Chelsey demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication throughout the planning process.

They provided valuable guidance in determining the appropriate number of tables and chairs, and remained flexible when there were changes to our event location. Their team took the time to understand our vision, offering thoughtful recommendations—such as advising on tent wall options—to ensure the setup aligned with our needs.
