We have four well loved catering vans (and we rent extra vans on really busy days)! This means we can usually cater about 12 events a day. Yes, we are very busy and incredibly grateful to all of our customers!
It's time to say good bye to one of our vans.
This is a 2012 Ford Transit Connect

This van needs a new transmission and would need to be towed and then fixed.
Well maintained, serviced regularly and well cared for by a catering company.
$4000 firm. Lots of life in this van. We often drive them well past the 400,000 km mark.

We love olives!
There are many different brands at Fergies and a shipment of Olive It... just arrived in with 8 different flavours! Chef Andrew also makes his famous seasoned olives for catering and for sale at retail.

While we are typically open 7 days a week, we will be closed this Sunday, June 7 for a private event. There will be staff in the store for our catering events but the retail store will be closed on Sunday. We will reopen on Monday, June 8th at 9:30 am.
In the meantime, there are excellent meal options and desserts available today and tomorrow.

The team is devasted to learn of the death of our long time friend and Retail Manager, Heather Kitto.
