The Cogs & Clockwork - Fergus Steampunk Festival is dedicated to celebrating the vibrant artistry and innovative spirit of the steampunk community. Looks like there will be no rain but could be some wind so make sure you bring your tent weights. We have changed the entrance time to 7am for those who get this post. That should be around half the vendors.

Vendors will be able to enter the show space at 7:30 and should have vehicles and all trailers out of the show by 9:30.
Show ends at 5pm
We will be supplying 2 slices of pizza and a soft drink around 1pm
Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading and some tent set-up.
I will be part of the set-up team so if you have questions that volunteers can’t answer, I will be around with a walkie talkie.
Once your tent is up and vehicle is emptied please move it to the vendor parking areas as quickly as you can. When parking to unload be sure to leave space for other vehicles to pass. You can park for free at Exclestones, or the curling club.there are two closer spots that are $10 for the day.
If you haven’t sent your COI please do so today. Vendors without insurance will not be able set-up.
We are doing a scavenger hunt bingo this year. if you would like to participate please have a small item for loot bag donations when one of our volunteers comes by to give you your poster. This will be closer to 10am.
Each entrance will have a volunteer directing to your space. If your booth number is between 1 and 36 then you should come in through the Tower st. Entrance. If your number is between 37 and 62 then you should be coming in through the st. David entrance. All Menzies Lane booths should come in Menzies Lane entrance which is just north of the St. David street bridge.

Please be patient with volunteers as they are supporting our event with renumeration.
