Core Event Planning is hoping to run our Fall Huron County Basketball Training Program for boys and girls ages 6–16.

We are currently awaiting final approval for our location, which is expected to be South Huron District High School in Exeter.

Program Details:
• Start Date: Tuesday, September 8
• Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Duration: 10 weeks

Training will be led by Matt Chikwanda and Joshua Muscat. Participants will be divided into two age groups:
• Ages 6–10
• Ages 11–16

Players will develop fundamental basketball skills including ball handling, shooting, game awareness, and teamwork in a structured and supportive environment.

Program Dates:
• September 8, 15, 22, 29
• October 6, 13, 20, 27
• November 3, 10

Spots are limited to 40 participants (20 per group), with a minimum of 16 required to run the program.

Package Options:
• Package A: $125 – 10-week program

• Package B: $150 – Program + shirt

• Package C: $150 – Program + tumbler

• Package D: $165 – Program + shirt and tumbler

Please notify us once payment has been sent so we can confirm your registration.

In the event the program does not run, all participants will receive a full refund.

🏀 HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEER COACHES WANTED – FALL BASKETBALL 🏀

Core Event Planning is looking for two high school volunteers (Grade 11 or 12) to help with our Fall Huron County Basketball Training Program!
This is a great opportunity to:
• Gain coaching and leadership experience
• Work with youth athletes ages 6–16
• Build your resume and community involvement hours
• Be part of a fun, energetic fall sports program

Program Details:
📍 Location: South Huron District High School, Exeter (pending final approval)
📅 Start: Tuesday, September 8

⏰ Time: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📆 Duration: 10 weeks
