It doesn't matter the size of the venue, I can connect multiple speakers wirelessly to create a comfortable sound environment.

Tonight I played for Renita and Nathan Dawe. Two amazing people whose dedication to each other is boundless.

I am honoured to have been their DJ, and to have watched them celebrate their union in the way they did. Note : I have never played so much Nickleback in one dance since the 90's and I loved it as much as they did!

My only regret was not getting a picture of their car being toilet papered and saran wrapped before they managed to get it all off. If I had that would be what everyone would see right now.

I want to thank Ayja and Lucas Olsen for letting me be a part of their wedding celebration.

The ceremony - people were reaching for tissues. Beautiful.

Once the dance started:
Their guests and family were phenomenal, dancing, singing, constantly maintaining a party atmosphere.

Some of their requests were off the the wall, but they worked! The party went from Miley Cyrus to Blink 182 to Don Williams at one point and no one blinked. They were in party mode!

Requests for the win!

It was a hot day, but a perfect day.
The hall was decorated beautifully.
An amazing Spilchuk supper.
The fun went on right to the end, and you received photos from many of your guests covering the entire day thanks to the Selfie WIzard.

Last night I had the honour of playing Greg and Tania Fortune's wedding in Kenosee lake. The hall was decorated to perfection, the cake was possibly the best I'd ever seen, and the guests were fired up to celebrate this wedding.

In 49 years of DJing this was my first Friday night. Rural weddings are always on the Saturday, but the chosen day didn't diminish the event, and the weather definitely cooperated!

We had a lot of fun, thanks initially to the efforts of the MC Mitch (family member who should consider going pro), and afterwards thanks to the guests who danced the night away. Special mention to Greg who danced more in one night than most grooms over the past decade - that man can polka!

We started and closed the dance floor with "Nobody but you" by Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. Thank you both for allowing me to be a part of this very special wedding.

Sidenote - if any of you are looking for a song for a dance with a parent consider "Thanks Again" by Ricky Skaggs. Absolutely beautiful.
