Elmvale Sales Barn and Event Center We are open Sundays 9am to 3pm from June 8 to the Labour day Weekend. We are open Thursdays from 9am to 2pm July and August. Additional booths only $20.

We are open seasonally, Thursdays and Sundays 9am to 3pm starting on Mother's Day weekend starting May 8th and ending Thanksgiving weekend on October 9th with our annu

al Vendors feast and Toy Drive. Vendors should arrive and sign in between 630am and 8 am to have your space set up by 830am. The booth space is 10 ft x 20 ft at $25+ tax per day. Corner 20x20 ft at $40+tax

We have many food options on site with many vendors selling fresh produce, cheeses, honey, meats and breads. plus many shades grass areas for you and your friends and family to enjoy. We also have a fantastic BBQ and Snack Bar , so if you want some fresh cut fries or a burger, we have you covered! Thank you to everyone for an incredible opening day!! That was amazing. There were so many vendors and so many customers and it was a great feeing to have everyone back. This was a great start to an amazing season.

Thank you to William and Desiree for their hard work over the past month getting things set up and sorted out to make this happen.
These two have been working non stop for over a month and 12 hour plus days for the past 2 weeks to make sure lawn mower belts were fixed , grass was cut , trees were cut and moved and disposed of , the inside building was cleaned up and ready to use , water and the pump system was fixed and operational, picnic tables were made, sheds brought down , flags put up, and the list goes on and on.
Without these two and their hard work, determination and dedication, the Flea Market would not have opened this year so to William and Desiree, we show our appreciation for your weekends lost and your long days spent. Thank you two for making this happen and Here’s to 2025! To everyone that supported us and motivated us along the way, thank you !

Our Story

We are open Thursdays and Sundays from May 24 weekend until Thanksgiving Sunday. Keep in mind we are predominantly an outdoor market so if it’s raining cats and dogs there will be fewer outdoor vendors, but still about a dozen unique indoor vendors. “LARRY” the cheeseman is always (and only) there on Thursdays. If the weather is good, sometimes we go another week or 2. Rain or shine, we're open for business! If you are unsure, please contact us here.

This season (2019) we have renovated the main barn and updated all the washrooms. (back in the day we had only 2....now we have 5 indoor and 5 outdoor. We are also hosting an amazing display of CENTENNIAL YEAR - 1967 Memorabilia. Come out and see the changes! The Elmvale Flea Market has been open for over 75 years and has adapted to consumer needs and tastes while remaining true to its farm and rural roots. It's an antique pickers dream come true! Also a collection of life size dinosaurs are spread around the property free to admire and take as many pictures with the wee ones as you like! We have in the back barn a collection of Vintage Paint by numbers from the 50's and 60's on the outdoor wall under the canopy. We also have one the largest collections of memorabilia and Coke collectibles too.

All FREE to see and photograph!!! Free parking too of course! We are open Thursdays and Sundays 9am to 3pm.

Vendors should arrive and check in by 7am. (After 8am it is first come first serve... no booths are held after 8am, even if pre-paid, if there’s a problem, phone us.) The booth space is 20 ft x 20 ft so you have enough space to put your car or truck at the back of the space and set your tables up in the front of the space. All spaces are given out on a first come first serve basis , with the previous years vendors getting first pick. No special license is needed, in fact, many people come here to have their yard sale!!
