The Sales Barn and Event Center is a locally run and operated business within Simcoe County, that has been operated by the same family for almost 40 years now! We are open seasonally, Thursdays and Sundays 9am to 3pm starting on Mother's Day weekend starting May 8th and ending Thanksgiving weekend on October 9th with our annual Vendors feast and Toy Drive. Vendors should arrive and sign in between

630am and 8 am to have your space set up by 830am. Additional booths only $20. Corner 20x20 ft at $40+tax
*Hydro $10 per outlet per day
***Make,bake or grow your booth is ONLY $15+ tax a day ****
Seasons rates are also available for all booth spaces

We have many food options on site with many vendors selling fresh produce, cheeses, honey, meats and breads. plus many shades grass areas for you and your friends and family to enjoy. We also have a fantastic BBQ and Snack Bar , so if you want some fresh cut fries or a burger, we have you covered! Do you have a Junior Vendor that is looking for a place to set up ? Contact us today to let us help you get your tiny business up and running.
Junior Vendors will be given a single space with one parking space at the rear of the booth with one table and tent coverage at the front for $25 a day.
These are limited spaces and booths must be run by someone 16 and under.

We have some exciting news! Today right in the middle of the Elmvale Flea And Farmers Market, our Barn Babies Hatched!!
So far we have two baby kill deer that have hatched in the vending field and we are still waiting on two more to come. What an exciting development 🙂 So far the parents seem to be doing fine and tending to their babies regularly.

Artesian and Craft vendors : I have heard your concerns.
It seems one of the biggest concerns is the lack of tent and table for set up and people not having cars that can accommodate this.
The Elmvale Sales Barn has purchased tents and tables to have preset for the vendors unable to transport or set them up themselves.
These spaces will be 12 by 20 with 10 by 10 tent coverage and one table in each space.
These spaces will be $15 more per day than the regular spaces and spaces are limited and must be pre booked to guarantee a space.
