A weekend full of food, performances, activities, and Filipino culture at Expo Filipino Edmonton! 🇵🇭❤️

We had such a great time seeing everything happening throughout the event—and it was extra special for us knowing that a little piece of GPLANN was part of it too. 🥹

From the performances happening on the stage to the pop-up tents being used throughout the event, we loved seeing our rentals come to life once everything was underway.

The reality of working in event rentals… 😂

Some days we’re setting up beautiful events. Other days we’re carrying things, climbing things, cleaning things, and wondering why everything has to be so heavy.

But somewhere between the busy days, random laughs, and “whose idea was this?” moments, we actually have a lot of fun doing it. 🤎

The event may be over, but behind the scenes, our work isn’t quite finished yet. 😅

After every pickup comes the not-so-glamorous part of event rentals: unloading, cleaning and sanitizing everything, checking the rentals, and getting them put away and ready for the next event.

It’s the part you don’t usually see in the event photos—but it’s a big part of making sure every rental goes out clean, organized, and ready for our next customer. 💪

Then we load it all up and do it again. 😂
