Yes, there are spreadsheets, contracts, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work… but there’s also a lot of heart in what I do.

This is the point where everything is planned, but you realize someone still needs to: keep the timeline moving cue the ceremony manage your vendors and make sure everything flows the way it should

And it shouldn’t be you. Or your mom. Or your maid of honour.

My role is to step in so you can be fully present, knowing everything is being handled calmly and intentionally behind the scenes.

You’ve probably seen her in the background… but it’s time for a proper introduction 🖤

This is Sofia.
My assistant. My right hand. My calm in the chaos.

She’s the one quietly making sure everything keeps moving exactly how it should, while I’m off handling the things no one else even knows are happening yet.

Low key, go with the flow, but somehow always ten steps ahead.

She is so good at taking direction. Like… scarily good.
I can be direct, fast, and honest with her, and she just gets it. No ego, no confusion, just ex*****on.

Officially, she’s been working weddings with me this past year while finishing her BSc, and she loves it.

There is no Truly Fitz wedding without her.

If you’ve ever wondered what a wedding planner actually does all day… this is a little peek into it 🤍

A lot of what I do happens before a call ever starts, going through contracts, getting familiar with vendor teams, and building out a base timeline so our time together is intentional and productive.

By the time I hop on with my couples, I already have a clear understanding of their day, which means we can focus on refining, elevating, and making everything feel smooth and manageable moving forward.

And in between all of that, it’s daycare drop-offs, playtime, quick meals, and heading back into the office for evening calls.
It’s full, it’s layered, and I genuinely love what I do.

Also, I may or may not be planning something very fun for 2027 👀 stay tuned.
