We’d like to thank everyone for sending us such supportive messages since the fire. Many of you have been asking when we will be back at the Market and if we are still able to make bread and croissants. Unfortunately, we don’t know when we will be baking again. All of our specialty equipment was destroyed in the fire, so not only do we not have a production space at this time, we don’t have access to the tools that were integral to the manufacturing of our quality baked goods.
We are waiting on our insurance company to provide us with some funds, and then we will be looking for a new location to work from.
Once again, we appreciate your support and are looking forward to baking again.
