Axe Monkeys is Edmonton’s go-to spot for thrilling axe throwing and epic rage room sessions in a fun, safe, and high-energy environment. We’re looking for outgoing, enthusiastic people who love creating unforgettable experiences for our guests!
Position: Customer Service Representative / Venue Host
As the face of Axe Monkeys, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help deliver an awesome experience from the moment guests walk in — whether they’re throwing axes, smashing in the rage room, or celebrating a birthday or team event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet guests and provide top-notch customer service
• Handle bookings, answer questions, and promote our services
• Deliver clear safety briefings before axe throwing sessions
• Quickly resolve any guest concerns with a positive attitude
• Help keep the venue clean, organized, and ready for action
• Assist with mobile events (requires ability to drive a truck & trailer)
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or entertainment experience is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally positive, energetic vibe
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• ProServe certification is a bonus (not required)
• Bonus: Valid driver’s license and comfort driving a truck & trailer
