A gift for someone special using hydration chamber flowers.

Hydration Chamber Flowers:

These are 2.5 week old flowers that were hydration chambered in newspaper, water misted sealed plastic bags in a cardboard box outside in 2-5C weather. Results aren’t as great as in a cooler but the rose petals were still firm and the hydrangeas alive and well.

Another Fall, another Harvest. Nearly one year since I took on this project for an intimate signature dinner celebrating agriculture in Alberta.

Using all locally grown produce and crops from Alberta, this was by far the project that stretched me the most as an artist and challenging my approach to sustainability.

Keeping on trend with celebrating restaurants in Edmonton that hold themselves to high quality food and sustainable practices, is one of them. So grateful to have worked with Blaire and Caitlin on this project and how they have mastered fine cuisine catering.
