First the best in junior hockey featuring the Official Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club vs Edmonton Oil Kings face off. Everyone @ PWA is heartbroken by the passing of our wrestling sister, DAFFNEY. It was an honor to work with this amazing and talented woman. Daffney was a true professional whose passion, energy and caring nature were 2nd to none. She took the time to chat and take pics with all her fans and our talent as well. Always engaging, always genuine, always generous and the only thing bigger than her smile was her beautiful heart. Never has a brighter smile graced our ring nor our hearts.

Our deepest condolences go out to her family, friends and fans around the world.

It's with great sadness this morning PWA has learned of the passing of one of Edmonton's most passionate wrestling fans and loyal PWA supporter since day 1. Brian Hamilton was one of the original Trailer Park Boys and later part of the Front Row Mafia attending every PWA event over 19 years. For all that knew him he was a loyal friend and an incredible person.

Brian with best friend Delmar Ward and Troy Germann always sat in the front row loud and proud. Personally, I always enjoyed chatting with Brian and will always appreciate his support, passion and respect he showed PWA and myself. He supported all wrestling but always made PWA a priority and for that we are forever grateful. Deepest condolences to all his family and friends, Brian will be deeply missed by us all, RIP Brother.

It's with great sadness that I share with all our PWA fans and the local wrestling community that our super fan Eugene Jolivette passed away from Covid today. Eugene was a fantastic person and great fan who made the events even more enjoyable. Always vocal and his interactions with our wrestlers especially Sheik Shabaz, Andy Anderson, Kenneth Anthony, Colton Kelly, Reid Matthews, Team HOF and so many others were priceless.

Eugene was one tough SOB after suffering a few heart attacks and related health issues he kept returning to ringside to support PWA and enjoy his passion for wrestling. With Valerie LeGarde always by his side and either partner in crime or the one person trying to come him down when she wasn't laughing hysterically at his antics (TBH honest often egging him on...lol).

I was fortunate to get to know Eugene and Val outside of our events and enjoyed our chats and all the times we got to sit down and visit and laugh so much. Fans like Eugene are why we do what we do in the wrestling business and make all the hard work all the more worth it., You'll be greatly missed at all future events and we'll pay a proper tribute to you in 2021 we we can return to action.

On behalf of everyone at PWA I would like to express our deepest condolences to Val and Eugene's family and friends. You'll be missed my friend but never forgotten.
