We've missed you! We were just doing a bit of hibernation and thought that Fall and Back to School was a perfect time to once again roll out our friends and family batch meals.

Preference will be given to those who have participated before.

Need freezer meals for dinners or lunches but don't have the extra time or energy to do so?

We can help with that!

We work within budgets as much as possible and can adhere to dietary needs/restrictions.

Baked veggie and goat cheese pasta.

Here is a version of the baked tomato and feta pasta we've been seeing go around the internet.

Celery, pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes, goat cheese, old cheddar, olive oil, thyme and cilantro.

Can't wait to carve out some time to make our pasta from scratch with this!

Sometimes we kick it old school and go traditional with one of the many Salt Cod dishes for Christmas.

Bacalhau com Natas (salt cod with potatoes and onions in a bechamel sauce) is comfy and cosy, and just right for a snowy evening in with loved ones.

Although it looks a little different again this year, it can still be full of love, laughter, and good food.

Black Garlic Butter!

Did you know: Black garlic is a type of aged garlic that is deeply colored brown. The color is a result of the Maillard reaction or caramelization, not fermentation. ... It is made by heating whole bulbs of garlic (Allium sativum) over the course of several weeks, a process that results in black cloves.

The result is a deep, molasses type of flavour, with ridiculous amounts of umami.

Finish pasta, or soups with it; Add it to any protein (my first time using it was with quick sauteed prawns, deglazed w bourbon).
