Here is the final product pre, pulling, slicing and packaging. Everything is done resting and chilling in the fridge. Tomorrow we will be preparing go packages out of all of this meat!

Alright everyone!!!

We will be smoking several briskets and pork butts(pulled pork) to make to go packages which will be for sale. They will be ready to go Thursday and will move quickly. These will be in vacuum sealed packages and will be great for quick meals as well as awesome camping packages. Heat the package in hot water and serve!!!!

Some different flavours going down today on these pork loins!
1. Basic rub then a sauce glaze near the end of the cook
2. Fresh mango soaked in a chipotle sauce then stuffed, mango chipotle seasoning as a rub and a chipotle sauce glaze at the end.
3. Fresh jalapeño set up in a seasoning to soak in some extra flavour, mixed with cheese then stuffed , MC Texas Sugar rub down!

Looking forward to some new flavour profiles!!!! Have a great Sunday!
