Facilities Manager / Maintenance & Cleaning Position
EWG Bouncy Castle Rentals – Holland Landing, ON
EWG Bouncy Castle Rentals is your local, affordable DIY bouncy castle and party rental company. We are a small, family-operated business based in Holland Landing, and we’re looking for a responsible and reliable individual to join our team during the busy 2025 rental season.
Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, physically fit, and able to work independently. You’ll be managing the storage facility, overseeing the maintenance and cleaning of our equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Important:
Commitment to Full Season: April - October 2025 (approx. 3-10 hours per week).
We need someone who can stay with us for the entire season. Please do not inquire if you’re not able to commit!
Work Hours:
Flexible, but must be committed!
Ideal for those looking for part-time, casual work (students, retirees, parents, etc.)
Work can be done any day Monday - Friday between 9 AM - 4 PM (must be available during daylight hours).
Approx. 3-10 hours per week, with peak hours in July/August.
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 100 lbs. (Castles are residential/commercial hybrids, lighter than typical commercial units, but still require lifting and folding.)
Reliable and committed to the full season.
Must have transportation to the facility in Holland Landing.
Duties:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility for our equipment and customers.
Regularly inspect rentals for damage or missing items.
Clean and prepare rentals (inflating, wiping, folding, and storing).
Maintain supplies inventory (cleaning products, repair materials).
Perform basic repairs (e.g., peel-and-stick patches, string trims) – training provided.
