For 10 years, I have dreamed of the opportunity to do a ...and today was the day! A big congratulations to Emily & Jack who are celebrating with their closest family & friends at a beautiful private venue. The smallest details were all thought out and perfectly curated...and a-typically accounted for in Emily's wedding binder. ❤️
Brunch doesn't get much better than mimosas or fancy ceasars & sweet or savoury waffles from Northern Pour Mobile Bar Services & Wasi Chefs. Can't wait to see the memories captured by Devyn Crocker Photography.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of completing our month-of coordination services for the Herbrands. While they were met with some bumps along their planning, this bubbly couple really put together a wonderful event and we were happy to assist.
Thanks to their family, friends and the rest of the team who made it all happen: Guy, Betty-Jo and Angelina from The Mel Gibson Ranch, The Flower Shoppe (South River), Yours Truly - Ontario Wedding Officiants, Ryan Marshall Photography, TW Foods, Richard and Shawn from Stock Transportation and last, but certainly not least, the father of the groom's band, Maple Hill Project.

Are you or is someone you know interested in booking a 2023 wedding with us?
Here's what you need to know:
-We continue to grow, expand, improve our venue and we have MANY new projects in the works for 2023.
-Our "package" includes almost all you need for your perfect day. Most couples who book with this just bring their table linens and centrepieces. We allow access between Friday-Sunday.
-We have hand picked vendors to guarantee that our clients have the "best day ever". Once clients book with us, most of the "heavy lifting" in terms of contacting vendors is coordinated.
-Dates are booking up quickly and we will be reserving dates for events to host for our community.

-After mid-October, we cannot accommodate viewings (except in exceptional circumstances) as the barn has a secondary purpose over the winter and into early spring. Please don't wait to schedule an in-person viewing with us. We do have video footage we can send potential clients after October.
