To all my valued customers,
I am writing to you all today to formally announce the closure of the Desormeaux Sports Food Truck.
7 years ago, I realized a dream of mine to own and run a food truck of my own. It became an extension of the DDO Civic Centre’s snack bar, and despite the hard work and hectic hours it was fulfilling. I got to go all over Montreal, to tend to your private and corporate parties & events, making friends and memories along the way.
After sadly stepping away from Desormeaux Sports snack bar this past year, I was inclined to keep the food truck up & running. Unfortunately, with the ongoing of the pandemic and its uncertainties it was time to step away from the food truck too.
As much as the food truck and snack bar ‘belonged to me’, it truly was a family run business and it equally belonged to them too. We’d all like to take this time to properly thank all our loyal customers and employees throughout the past 20 years. It is with great appreciation that we remark your support and contribution to Desormeaux Sports and to us. It really was an honour to be apart of, and to (literally) serve, the DDO community for such a long time.
It is with deep regret that this chapter has come to an end. We invite you all to stay in touch and we’ll be sure to see you around the community.
