Melvin Hall is a small community hall west of Didsbury, Alberta. The hall has an amazing dance floo

Melvin Hall is surrounded by picturesque views and an amazing community of people. The hall was built in 1936 and went dormant for a number of years after 2002. In 2012, the hall applied for new society status and has been revitalized. The goal of the hall is to become a thriving location for any and all to meet. The executive and members of Melvin Hall welcome all new members - within the area of Melvin or anyone who has an interest in the Hall for whatever reason.

Huge shout out to Troy Gaehring with Complete contracting & construction for donating his time, equipment and skills this past Remembrance day Monday & taking down the ugly light bar from the ceiling of the Melvin hall - that served no purpose and just looked ugly. The whole Melvin hall board sure appreciates your help! Thankyou

The Melvin Hall is seeking donations for a "halloween haunted hall" that we will be putting on next year. If you have halloween decorations to get rid of we would be happy to take them. The scarier the better! Thankyou - please pm the page if you have donations for this event.

We have a beautiful harpist playing, tiny tattoos being done, and some amazing readers, and vendors!

Huge thank you to our board members for spending their day getting lots of work done around the hall today!
There was probably 40 years worth of junk in the basement and we finally said goodbye to the old cabinets and countertops! They'll be replaced with something much nicer so stay tuned for that 😁

Don't forget to come check out our Spiritual Fall Fair on October 26th from 10:30 to 4:30. Events like this are what keep us going and help pay for these minor renovations ❤️
