A reminder to Roll not FOLD the inflatables. I’m not sure how much more instruction we can send between the instruction sheet and the waiver. Please properly ROLL the inflatables and do not fold them into heavy squares for obvious reasons. Especially for loading purposes, where they can easily get snagged… πŸ₯ΉπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

Just a friendly reminder that, effective immediately, the deposit used to reserve your rental weekend will be refunded when the unit is returned clean and completely dry. Full payment for the rental is due at the time of pickup.

We’ve recently had several units returned dirty, with mud, dirt, sand, dog fece inside, or soaking wet. To help us keep our equipment in great condition for every customer, we appreciate your help by returning your rental clean and dry.
