Royal Ocean Events is responsible for all weddings aboard Princess Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, Holland America, Royal Caribbean and Carnival.
We are currently hiring for a determined and enthusiastic individual to join our Royal Caribbean Team, to work with our wedding couples as a General Inquiries Representative!
Job Title and Brief:
We are looking for a full-time (Monday to Friday) General Inquiries Representative to join our team, to work and manage phone calls and e-mails in communication with our wedding couples and inquiries! You will act as a liaison, provide service information for our guests and process paperwork to begin the wedding planning process.
The best representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. Our ideal candidate can problem-solve, be confident in troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to get the job done!
General Inquiries Representative Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Ensure accuracy with responsibilities of data entry
Manage large volume of e-mails
Requirements:
5+ Years of Customer Service Experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
High school degree
MS Office Proficiency
**Administrative education/work experience an asset
Strong Computer and data entry skills
Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written
