🎬 The final bows have been taken and with that we bring our week of celebrating the Arts in Dauphin to an end. A huge thank you to the organizers, volunteers, participants and parents for helping renew the love of the performing arts in our hometown.

Thanks to all who came out last night to the Final Showcase to cheer on our kiddos and their courage to get on that stage that many of us remember from our childhood. I am so proud of the talent and time it takes to get to these performances.

Just a friendly reminder that we are actively looking for volunteers to help run this much needed festival for next year. If you are interested, please contact us. Giving just a few hours or a few days of your time will help us continue to give our kids the chance to continue to have these amazing experiences.

C'mon out tonight to the final event of Dauphin Arts Fest 2019! I promise the program will be leaner this evening! Working out the kinks in a venture such as this takes some time and I appreciate those who continue to support and come out for our kiddos!

We are so fortunate to have fantastic adjudicators who not only critique the performances but also work with the kids and always leave a positive message. Julia, our dance adjudicator is in awe with these beautiful Ukrainian dancers and their costumes.

It’s a full house at the library for the YAK plays! The kids have rehearsed for months and are eagerly (and a tat nervous) waiting for the ‘curtain’ to rise. 🎭
