I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Frank Hayden a number of times over the years through our work with Special Olympics Nova Scotia. I remember how gracious and sweet he was. His legacy will live on for decades to come. To all of Dr. Hayden’s family and friends and to all of the SO Athletes, volunteers and staff, around the globe, we give our sincere condolences. 🙏💔

We are so honoured and proud to be part of this super fun event again this year and can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow - best part is all the hugs from my Special Olympics Nova Scotia athlete friends I’ve made over the years!! 🧊 ONE MORE SLEEP! 🧊

Tomorrow we take the plunge!!

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible sponsors, generous donors, and all of our brave plungers — this event wouldn’t be possible without you 💙

A huge shoutout to Big Entertainment Inflatables Inc. who has been with us from the start, 8 years ago, and they have been nothing but amazing and so generous to us - truly this event would not be what it has grown to today! 🥰🥰🥰

Because of everyone involved, we’re all making a real impact for Special Olympics Nova Scotia athletes across the province.

Now… who’s ready to get a little cold for a great cause? 😄 Be sure to join us in cheering on our plungers at the Queen's Marque at noon!
