I feel honoured to have been entrusted with decorating for a funeral recently. The centre pieces were given away afterwards, with the message from a recipient:
"GOOD MORNING! Just a wee note to thank you for the gorgeous bowl of flowers. They are loving their new home! May I ask from which florist or store they were purchased? I would love to give them my business next time I purchase flowers? She deserves an award for her choice of flowers and the colour combination is wonderful! .....she should not vary her work or style one bit! Her lovely Small Bowls would be in demand! She is so talented".
Thank you to the person who passed on this message via the family whose Celebration of Life event I helped to make beautiful and honouring to their mother.

This wedding was rich in the glow of golden grass as it reflected off the hayfield, and softened by the rosy touches of sun setting over the mountains. The flowers on shepherd crooks at the ceremony and in this wrought iron heart, reflected the rose gold of the wedding rings and the auburn of the bride's hair. She chose asymmetrical bouquets with berries, greens and a variety of early Autumn flowers.
