Every two months we gather for a virtual session to share news, updates, and conversations about Green/Natural/Conservation Burial in British Columbia with a particular focus on, but not exclusive to communities beyond the lower mainland.

with SPECIAL GUEST Cathy Valentine of Salt Spring Island Natural Cemetery. Cathy will walk us through a natural burial ceremony with photographs & commentary.

Comox Valley Death Doula Collective had the first session of “Let's Talk About Death” with a great group of students aged 55+ at Elder College today.

We had wonderful discussions around death and dying in a safe space that created raw and authentic conversations. Participants were invited to explore emotions, experiences, and perspectives on death and dying. There were many inspiring and thought provoking discussions around topics such as the empowering benefits of community deathcare, planning for your own death, and the vital role of death doula practitioners.
