Tonight Tamara & I (Kristi), were out at Thode catering a 60th birthday party! Super cute community centre along the lake!

They had peas & carrots, oven roasted root veggies, scalloped potatoes, stuffing, ham, turkey & gravy. Pumpkin & lemon meringue pies 🥧 for dessert with ice cream or cool whip.

Meanwhile, Josie was over serving at a 90th Birthday Party 🎈 at St. Volodymyr. They had a roast beef & gravy meal!

Here's a glimpse of what our prep days look like! 👩‍🍳

We have a big turkey supper tomorrow. 🦃
A wedding & a pick up meal for Saturday. 🥂
2 events Sunday with some meat trays for pickup as well. 🍖

So, we get things done like peeling & chopping all the vegetables & onions for salads, the veggie dish, perogies & stuffing or whatever else is needed for the day. 🥕 🌰 🥒 🍅

Have the bread ready for homemade stuffing! ~ Most people's favorite 🍞 😋

And making slushie punch & cranberry sauce that should last a few events!
