Today, our hearts are full.

What started as a simple lemonade fundraiser turned into an incredible show of love and support for the Carswell family. Together, we raised over $2,000 through our debit machine, along with a giant pot full of cash donations.

🍋💔 Lemonade Fundraiser for the Carswell Family 💔🍋

Like so many in our community, we were heartbroken to hear of Matthew Carswell’s passing.

Today, we’ve decided to open Joly’s on Wheels and donate 100% of our lemonade sales to support his family during this incredibly difficult time.

It’s a small gesture, but one made with a lot of love. If you’re able, stop by for a lemonade and help us show them that this community is standing beside them.

Together, we can turn a simple cup of lemonade into a meaningful act of kindness. ❤️

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, guests, silent auction contributors, entertainers, and community supporters, the 2026 Hearts for Healthcare Gala raised an amazing $265,500 for local healthcare.

This event is a true reflection of what can happen when a community comes together with a shared purpose. Every ticket purchased, auction bid placed, sponsorship secured, volunteer hour given, and donation made helped make this year’s gala a tremendous success.

A few of you have been asking why our food truck is not open every day… 😊

We truly love serving our community, but we also want to make sure we’re serving you fresh food in a clean and organized environment every time ✨👌🏻

We spend many late nights cleaning, organizing, restocking, and making sure everything is ready after hours.

There’s a lot more that happens beyond the serving window, but giving you our best every time we open is always worth it ❤️
