If you've ever stood at our deli counter wondering which ham to grab, this one is for you. 🍖

Traditional Black Forest Ham
This is the one that's been on Easter tables for generations. Slow-smoked, mild, and tender, it just feels right for a family dinner. Also incredible on a sandwich the next day.

Hickory Ham
For the ones who like a little more smoke and boldness. Slice it thick, serve it warm, and watch it disappear. Also amazing in a soup or baked with potatoes on a cold night.

Cottage Roll
Old-fashioned in the best possible way. Rich, hearty, and the kind of thing your grandma probably made on Sundays. Throw it in a pot with vegetables and let it do its thing.

The breakfast you'll want to make every weekend. 🍳🥓

Quick Bacon & Egg Skillet

What you need:
- Metzger Back Bacon or Bacon, sliced
- 2 eggs per person
- A little butter, salt and pepper
- Optional: a slice of toast and hot sauce

How to make it:
1. Heat your skillet on medium. No oil needed. Metzger bacon does the work.
2. Cook bacon 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
3. Crack your eggs right into the same pan. Cook to your liking.
4. Season, plate, and enjoy.

Simple. Honest. Delicious. That's the Metzger way.

The dry cows are enjoying the beginning of the spring like weather. Many years ago we opened up our old barn and the girls now love their indoor and outdoor spaces. What a great life! ❤️
