After long discussions with our kids and months of soul searching...I have decided not to do large caterings anymore (I'm talking 100+ people). I will still do drop offs for smaller functions or served smaller events. I will still do the meals, either ones that are tried and true recipes or recipes that you found and would like me to make for you. I will still also do charcuterie boards/boxes etc. I will also continue to take orders of croquettes, rice balls, pepper jelly and whatever someone may challenge me to ;) etc... I am just going to step away from large functions. Thank you so much for understanding and especially for trusting me with all your special occasions, it has been an honour. ❤

I have learned one thing over the last year and a bit... I love to cook for smaller functions, like even a family meal for you, so you can get out of the kitchen :) and soak up some sun!! Just some from my photo reel ;) message me and we can set something up....what was your favorite?

What a crazy time we are in. I hope you are all well!! We are healthy over here and all of us are deemed essential so we are still working, but the evening are free of committment, which I am loving!! Most of my caterings have been rescheduled or are on hold because of this, which makes me sad because I LOVE making and serving food, and that has become more evident now, the kids are loving new foods and/or old recipes, I think it is my "safe space", cooking!! It calms my mind. What are you doing to calm your mind? I think today I will make some chicken croquettes...mmmmmm...first time trying home made chimichangas...and first time trying the cheese bites you get a sushi restaurant..

We had a fun "drop off" tonight. We brought the food and set it up and then had the most lovely visit!! There is lots of food ready so the host can refill the plates/board as the night goes on :) fresh local honey as a sweet treat!
