🌟 ​"One of the best dinner parties we have ever had." 🌟

​Waking up to a note like this from Scott after our Fall Harvest masterclass in Erieau is the ultimate reward. Huge thanks to Scott and the whole group for leaning into the kitchen chaos and making it such an unforgettable night!

​Everyone jumped right into the action and did all the work: from our guest handling the chopping, toasting, and roasting, to our newly appointed saucier on the pan work, our griddle station guest putting an incredible sear on the chicken, and our VIP guest who ruled the room dealing out our Chaos Cards to keep everyone on their toes.

​The star of the menu was undoubtedly from J&E Meats —these farm-fresh chicken supremes averaged a jaw-dropping 1.6 lbs each. The meat was exceptionally juicy and tender, and our guests definitely noticed the true farm-to-table difference.

What an unforgettable weekend celebrating Catelyn & Austin in Port Alma! 🥂✨

​Mother Nature gave us a little bit of everything—from a powerful lightning strike that had everyone talking, to a breathtaking full rainbow, and finally settling into the most gorgeous, clear evening we could have ever asked for.

​Huge shoutout to the amazing family and friends who brought so much energy and warmth to the celebration, and a special thank you to Duane for providing such an immaculate property and setup for our team to work with.

​From slow-roasted San Marzano marinara with penned, fettuccine Alfredo to tender grilled chicken breast, serving this incredible crowd from our outdoor kitchen was an absolute pleasure.
