RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS:
Any reservations totaling $150.00 or less must be paid in full. All other reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Rentals are on a first come first served basis.
The rental items are not reserved for you until payment is received. There are no refunds on any money paid to reserve.
PAYMENT:
All rental fees are due 7-10 days prior to pick up or delivery. We accept, E-transfer, cash, or company cheque.
RENTAL PERIOD:
All rental rates are on a one-day basis.
Rental period will be established at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your entire order the deposit paid is not refunded.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP:
Delivery rates will be quoted on request.
(Additional charges apply for delivering upstairs/downstairs and manually transporting equipment, based on distance)
Delivery fee does not include set-up or take down, additional charges apply for this service and arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
All rental items must be stacked and ready for pick-up when our driver arrives. Additional charges will apply if our drivers have to tear down/pack the rental items. Any additional charges required will be applied to your credit card.
