We often talk about how our bouquets are spiral, hand-tied bouquets. The ‘spiral’ part of that description refers to the method we use to make them, which involves gathering the stems in a spiral. This is critical for large bouquets like this one, because when we are putting together the bouquet, it will become so large that we can no longer wrap one hand around all of the stems. The spiral layout allows the bouquet to stay together, even once it becomes bigger than our grasp.
