What you don’t see before the bride walks down the aisle… 🤍

A smooth processional doesn’t happen by chance—it happens through communication.

While I’m with the bride making the final adjustments to her dress, I’m also wearing a headset to stay connected with my assistant inside the ceremony.

My assistant confirms when the Maid of Honor is in position. The officiant is then cued to invite everyone to stand. The DJ starts the bride’s entrance song at exactly the right moment. Only after every person is in place do I open the doors for the bride.

Every cue is intentional. Every transition is timed.

This moment means everything to me. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of every wedding day is walking my couple into their reception before the guests arrive and watching them see their vision come to life for the very first time.

It’s a moment they’ll never get back.

But here’s what many couples don’t realize…

That moment doesn’t just happen.

It happens because someone is protecting the timeline, coordinating every vendor, solving problems behind the scenes, and making sure everything is ready exactly when it needs to be.

This beautiful couple trusted us with both their coordination and décor. They shared their vision, trusted the process, and gave us the freedom to do what we do best. Because of that trust, everything was ready on time, and they experienced their reception exactly as they dreamed it—before a single guest walked through the doors.

I’ve also decorated weddings where the couple wanted that same private reveal, but because there wasn’t a professional coordinating the day, the timeline fell behind. The décor was finished, but they never got to see it before their guests. That once-in-a-lifetime moment was gone.

I planned it during my last trimester of pregnancy and had the honor of decorating/coordinating it just one week after welcoming my son into the world.

People often ask how I did it, but the truth is, when it’s done with love, it doesn’t feel like work. It becomes a pleasure, a joyful moment, and a source of positive energy.

Being part of such a beautiful celebration during one of the most meaningful seasons of my life reminded me exactly why I’m so passionate about what I do.
