hotography. Everything originated during our wedding preparation for December 20, 2002, where I customized and personalized our wedding invitation. I was just printing it on a friend's regular printer using satin-finished cardstock and personally embellished it with bows and flowers." When I became a mom, I continued to enjoy crafting my son's party invitations, from his Christening to his birthdays. It was then that I realized this would be a good start for a small business as a side hustle, since I work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. That is how the business name 'Cute and Crafty' was born in the Philippines. The business started by making personalized invitations using my very first machine, a Cuttlebug. Later, I leveled it up by creating unique balloon arches, which I always showcased during my son's birthday parties. "When I moved to Canada in July of 2011, my passion for decorating continued to evolve by creating beautiful backdrops for different events and providing stunning Christmas tree decorations and festive decors to every client's home we had for years. Word of mouth spread, and people kept asking for my services. I thank all the clients I have had for more than 10 years now. The business name 'Cute and Crafty' in the Philippines became inactive after my move, and I changed the name to Sheings Crafty Designs Event Styling and Photography. Our motto is: 'We are a husband and wife duo with a keen eye for design and a passion for our craft; we provide Events Styling and Photography services.'
