It is our great honour to once again congratulate Chef Ally Huynh, winner of the Garland Canada International Chef Challenge and recipient of the $10,000 grand prize at the 30th annual PEI International Shellfish Festival.

One of the most esteemed culinary competitions of the festival, the International Chef Challenge brought 12 exceptional chefs to Prince Edward Island to showcase their creativity, skill and passion on our stage - and what an extraordinary competition it was.

To Chef Ally Huynh, congratulations on this incredible achievement and a truly outstanding performance. 👏

And to all 12 chefs who joined us this year: thank you. We are incredibly grateful that you travelled to PEI, shared your talents with us and helped make this milestone year so memorable. We hope you loved every minute of your time on our Island as much as we loved having you here.
