If you want to see what an all-out celebration looks like, this is it. Melanie & Ian's dance floor at Carleton Golf & Yacht Club filled up early and did not stop, we're talking full sprint, shoes off, everyone-in kind of dancing.

Ottawa Dance Floors built the space for it and it delivered all night long. Some weddings are elegant and quiet, some are pure joyful chaos. This one was very much the second, in the best way.

Rustic Engagements brought the florals and rentals for Paige & Michael's reception and the room looked incredible, warm, textured, and exactly the kind of space you want to spend a whole night dancing in.

The design team on this wedding did not miss a single detail, and honestly, neither did we. When a couple invests this much thought into florals, stationery, and the little things, it's our favourite kind of gallery to shoot.

Before the cathedral, before the dancing, there's always this quiet little window in the morning where everything is anticipation. Sarah's getting-ready suite at the Andaz was calm, sunny, and full of the kind of nervous excitement that makes wedding mornings so special to be part of.

We love this part of the day almost as much as the ceremony itself. It's quieter, but it's where you really get to know a couple's people, the friends doing up buttons, the mom trying not to cry too early.

Stonefields Estate has quickly become one of our favourite barns to shoot, and Sarah & Cass's wedding is a perfect example of why. That mix of rustic wood and soft, romantic light is just unbeatable.

These two were easy, warm, and clearly so ready to marry each other. We spent the afternoon wandering the grounds for portraits and could have kept going for hours, the light out there just does not quit.

An audio guest book at the reception meant we've also got hours of their friends and family leaving them messages to look back on. Genuinely one of our favourite little details we've seen all year.

Leticia & Danny's wedding was downtown Ottawa at its absolute finest. Getting ready at the Lord Elgin, vows at Notre Dame Cathedral, and dinner at 18hteen, this was a full day tour of some of the city's most beautiful rooms.

The cathedral ceremony gave us chills, in the best way. There is something about that kind of architecture that makes every moment feel just a little bit bigger.

We love a couple who picks venues with this much character, and Leticia & Danny had the good taste to match.
