Always so happy to be a part of this special organization for Reesie 💕

💖On January 19th/25, TWENTY people will walk away from our workshop certified in CPR & AED usage.

We are grateful to be collaborating with Premergency, Arnprior ON + to make this happen. This is the first of many workshops we have planned & a huge moment for the L4R Foundation.

💖Reese passed away from sudden cardiac arrest, from an underlying, undiagnosed cardiac condition called Brugada. The evening she passed, during her SCA event she seized, became unconscious and gasped for air. We did not know these were signs of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) & we regret this everyday.

It is now our mission to know & share the signs, provide training on proper CPR and how to use Defibrillators (AEDs). You never know when you can help save a life.
