Hi Big Melters ! Back safely in Canada after a tour of Spain & Wales tasting all flavours of food and wine, I'd like to give a gargantuan shout out to the fabulously friendly, hard grafting, fellow food truck curators Mark and Kirstie from Little Steak Hut, Newport, Wales Spytty Park, Newport we exchanged Maple syrup for dees nuts 😃 (Reaper Chili Nuts) taste was scintillatingly great ~ definitely came with a kick and great with beer ! I tried sauteed the steak strips with noodles, peppers n onions ~ I was offered cheese as well ! they were fabulously delicious and hit the spot for my late lunch after working out at JD Gyms Cwmbran, Just going to wait for them to visit us in Canada and try my 12" Aged White Cheddar 'n' Bacon Grilled Cheese 🇨🇦 Great work guys, until the next time, keep on smiling 😃 !!!
