Happy Sunday everybody!!
I know some of you have already noticed I have changed the name of my page from Quill to Mountain Fire Foods! The name change came one evening when I was admiring the mountain vistas all around me here in the Rockies. I asked myself, how lucky am I to live in such a beautiful place? I have a clear vision of what my food is, I know where I've come from and I know who I am. A huge Thank you to all who have supported and believed in me these last bunch of years because without you Quill would never have materialized and thus Mountain Fire Foods would not have been born. I stepped back to re-focus and now I'm on fire!!
