What a great night Celebrating Lakewood Academy grads! On may 30th I had the opportunity to cater to the graduation class of 2025. 204 guest served in 38 minutes Hot Turkey supper and cheesecakes. Thanks again to the graduating class abd parents of 2025.

It's been a busy summer I just want to say thanks to everyone that asked us to cater there wedding this summer. I also want to say thank you to all my staff that played a big part without you I wouldn't be able to do all I do. With Christmas only being 2 months away Dates are getting very limited. Thanks to you all.

Baked twice bake potato or baked Potato

Chinese coleslaw
Mushrooms and Onions
Toasted garlic bread with cheese and bacon

Option #2
Roast Beef or Turkey
Homemade sweet and sour meatballs
Wings of your choice
Potato salads
Pasta salad
Hashbrown Casserole or Baked twice baked potato Casserole
Rice
Fresh bread rolls
Option to add 1 extra dish of your choice.

Option #3
BBQ Burgers and/or Jumbo BBQ hotdog
Chunks Poateo salad
Pasta salad
Chinese coleslaw
wide choice of toppings for burgers and Hotdogs

Hot suppers choice of Roast Beef, turkey or stuffed Chicken Breast served with 2 scoopes of whipped potato, Turnip, peas and carrots, Speacil pastry and gravy.

All meal options can include desert, tea and coffee.
