Sometimes after working all day cooking and delivering viciously delicious meals to our lovely customers. Chef Cherry always say to us, “now what am I making for dinner for my family” it always ends with a laugh😂. As we know whatever she makes, it’s always super delicious. In the Caribbean where she grew up(St.Vincent and the Grenadines🇻🇨), there are no set dinner time, you eat whatever time dinner is finish, unlike 5pm the Canadian way😆

Dinner menu; Panfry Porkchop topped with fresh blueberries compote, Mashed Potatoes, corn niblet, and green beans with crispy fried onions. It was all very delicious. Recently, we were on a call booking a new client. At the end of the call, the client told us how she attended an event that we catered in the past, and that it was not just the delicious foods she enjoyed, but the name of our business stayed with her😃

Honestly, everytime we catered an event, our company name gets recognized and loved. Vicious and Delicious Catering is a family owned business. Cherry is our Chef, and Travis her husband, the man behind the daily operations, accounting and so and so forth😂when selecting a name for the business, it was not a fun week trying to give it a name(our dream name was taken) as every name selected was used in British Columbia. Travis and Cherry met in College and did all their assignments together, graduated together and managed a hotel together. As per usual they put their heads together, and vicious and delicious catering was approved❤️

Thank you for having us catered your small corporate Lunch last-week. On the menu; lemon garlic butter sockeye salmon(group favourite), bbq chicken, Caesar salad, green salad, gooey brownie. Wishing everyone a bright sun shiny day👩🏿‍🍳😊🌺🌷☀️

Over the Weekend, we catered a special family gathering, with happy adults and children. The menu was Gluten and Diary Free, with a GF Berry Crumble, Greek Chicken (skinless bone-in thighs),Greek Lemon Potatoes, no pasta Greek Salad with Goat Cheese, serve separate, and a Fruit Tray😋

Cherry created this beautiful Dolphin Fruit tray (special request no pineapple). When delivered, the children were so amazed by it, including their loved ones. It’s such an amazing feeling, when your hard work is appreciated, with wow’s, that’s creative, looks amazing, thank you. It keeps you motivated and dedicated😊

It was a pleasure catering to your corporate group last week, providing breakfast and lunch services for several days, although some moments were not captured due to a hectic schedule. Thank you for having our team serve you. We appreciated the opportunity and the enjoyable experience🌺

Chef Cherry's cooking skills are showcased not only in our catering services but also in the meals she prepares for her family, such as pan-fried salmon with a house-made garlic lemon butter glaze, steamed rice & sautéed garlic citrus spinach, buttermilk pancakes with sausage & scrambled eggs, stuffed crusted porkchops with a Parmesan, mozzarella cheese, mushroom spinach stuffing, topped with apricot glaze, roasted sweet potatoes & Brussel sprouts😋
