This is Sierra - one of our Catering Managers !✨

Her passion for food and hospitality began at a young age by watching her parents cook in the kitchen -both of them had backgrounds in the hospitality industry.

Sierra decided to pursue her career in hospitality by attending George Brown College where she received her diploma in Special Events Management.

After graduation Sierra joined our team full time as a Special Events Coordinator. She was responsible for creating and managing all special events at the Cambridge Hotel.

In June 2019 Sierra made the change to Catering Sales Manager for B-Elegant, With her hard work ethic and her passion for events, we knew that she would be an excellent fit for the position.

When not in the office, Sierra can be found enjoying hikes with her Frenchie, Luna, going on wine tastings and baking pastries. 🤍
