💛 A FINAL CHAPTER FOR NELICIOUS SERVICES 💛
After 10 incredible years, it is with a very full heart that we share some difficult but very special news: Nelicious Services will be closing its doors. Our final day of operations will be September 10, 2026.
For 10 years, this little family business has been so much more than a business to us.
We started with a love for Venezuelan food and the desire to share a little taste of home here in Calgary. What we never imagined was how deeply this journey would touch our lives, and how many wonderful people would become part of our story.
Somewhere along the way, our customers became familiar faces. Familiar faces became friends. And our food became part of your family traditions.
We will never forget hearing you tell us that our food reminded you of your grandmother’s kitchen, your mom cooking back in Venezuela, or simply made you feel at home.
Those words meant more to us than you probably ever knew.
But most of all, we will miss you.
We have laughed with you, hugged you, celebrated with you, listened to your stories, and watched some of your families grow over these 10 years. You allowed us to be part of so many important moments in your lives, and that is something we will carry with us forever.
We are incredibly grateful to God for giving us the strength, opportunities, and people we needed throughout this journey. We are also deeply thankful to the stores that welcomed our products and supported our family along the way.
And to every single person who ever placed an order, recommended us to a friend, shared one of our posts, came back for more, or simply told us, “This tastes just like home”, thank you. ❤️
You helped turn a small family dream into 10 unforgettable years.
As we close this chapter, we do so with enormous gratitude. We are taking with us countless memories, friendships, stories, and the privilege of having shared our food and our Venezuelan heritage with so many people in Calgary.
