Hi there! Mel here 🥰

People often ask me how I got into wedding planning. I've always been the person making lists, creating plans, coordinating details, and finding ways to bring order to what feels overwhelming. What comes naturally to me doesn't always come naturally to everyone else, and I realized there was an opportunity to use those skills to help people during one of the biggest milestones of their lives. With a degree in events management, and a background in planning many different types of events, diving into wedding planning just felt like the next step.

Wedding planning can be exciting, but it can also be stressful. There are countless decisions, timelines, vendors, budgets, and moving pieces to manage. I saw so many couples feeling overwhelmed by the process when they should have been enjoying it. I love taking all of those details and creating a clear plan. I love solving problems before they become problems. I love helping couples feel confident, supported, and able to focus on what really matters...getting married. 🤍

2025. WHAT A YEAR. Had another baby. Planned and worked an incredible mountain wedding 6 weeks post partum with baby strapped to me (yeah.. I'm a bit crazy). Rebranded and launched a beautiful new website (thanks ). Travelled to Japan. Made great new relationships with amazing industry vendors. Had my 40th birthday. Worked some of our biggest wedding guest counts to date. Signed on a slew of fantastic clients for 2026/2027. Earlier said incredible wedding landed on the cover of . Hosted a super fun end of year vendor holiday wine bar party. Did I miss anything? 🤣

Beyond grateful to be where I am right now in all phases of life. Thankful for all our our trusting clients, talented vendors, and friends and family for being a part of this wonderful year - another one in the books!

Still pinching ourselves that this beauty of a winter wedding was not only featured in , but was the cover for the fall/winter Canada edition for this year! A lot of blood sweat and tears (literally!) were put into the planning and ex*****on of this wedding by the entire vendor team, and we couldn't be more ecstatic and proud to showcase our work.
