With over 14 years of experience in luxury hotels, I've honed my craft, always with a singular mission: to serve meals that not only delight the senses but also nourish the body and soul.
My journey into the culinary world was driven by a deep-seated belief in the power of food as a vehicle for health. Witnessing firsthand the lack of attention to the quality of ingredients in the industry, especially the fruits and vegetables served to clients, I was determined to make a change. The realization that what we consume is often laden with pesticides, heavy metals, and unnecessary chemicals propelled me to take a stand through my cooking.
