When my husband and I started our first bakery in 1999, we decided that we would only make food that we would serve to our own children. We know that real people eat real food! We are proud to be a part of the Woodbine community, and are excited to have locations in both the East Village, Soleil Bistro & Bar located at 612-5 Street SE, and in the Bow building downtown-located on the plus-fifteen level at 500 Centre Street SE.

Our mission is to create a culture with integrity, creativity and personal connections. We preserve the art of making quality food from scratch. We believe that exceptional and authentic food should be accessible to all, not a privilege for the few. We carry this philosophy forward to our new location in the East Village. We are proud to be a part of the Woodbine community and are excited to be opening a new location in July in the East Village, Soleil Bistro & Bar.
