Still taking it all in ✨

Today we hosted our very first Wedding Planner Round Table here in Calgary, and it was everything I had hoped it would be and more!

We spent the afternoon diving into real and honest conversations around:
– pricing and how we structure it
– packages and where they’re working (or not)
– profitability and what that actually looks like behind the scenes

This wasn’t a workshop or a lecture - it was a space for open dialogue, different perspectives, and sharing what’s really happening in our businesses.

We had over 20 planners join us in Calgary, along with interest from planners in Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton, and even across the United States. It was so special to see how much this kind of conversation is needed in our industry.

To everyone who showed up, shared openly, and contributed to the conversation - thank you! And of course, a huge shoutout to our amazing hosts at - thank you for opening up your beautiful space to us!

We are so excited to share that emails have officially gone out for our Wedding Planner Roundtable!

We had over 20 planners express interest, and we’re truly looking forward to bringing this group together for a thoughtful and collaborative conversation.

Date: Monday, April 20th
Venue: Offsite YYC
Timing: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

This will be a very informal gathering designed to create space for open and honest conversations within our planning community.

We’ll be touching on topics like pricing in today’s market, structuring our services and packages, profitability, and how we confidently position and sell our work - all through a collaborative, discussion-based approach.
