On Saturday night we had the immense pleasure of catering the Vision VIP dinner for ’s LOOK2020 gala. The dinner was for 466 people and it marked the biggest sit-down dinner we have catered to date. We ran with an elevated 7 course family style dinner which we started off with Acadian Caviar and ended with Grass-fed beef short rib. We sprinkled in a nice variety of veggie and vegan dishes as well. We ended up serving 630 dishes over a 1.5 hour service. Our team had a blast and the evening ended up raising over $500k! Special thanks to for the assistance with logistics etc. Thanks for having us @ Contemporary Calgary

Last night we had the pleasure of catering ’s Fall Trend talk with . We made two different cocktails, harissa chicken with caper creme fraiche, falafel sliders and our signature beet pâté. Everyone looked amazing and it was great to hear their discussion on fashion trends for fall! @ Holt Renfrew
