It’s a small, intentional kitchen where everything we make is beautiful. Luxury grazing tables, styled canapés, and elevated food installations for Calgary’s best events.

You don’t need a culinary degree or years of professional kitchen experience. You need to be exceptional at what you do and you need to care deeply about the difference between good and genuinely stunning.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has an obsessive eye for detail and acts on it without being asked
• Brings hospitality-driven energy to everything they touch
• Cares how food looks as much as how it tastes
• Is calm, focused, thorough, and genuinely proud of their work

If you’re a passionate home cook, a food content creator, or someone from a hospitality or events background who has always known they could do this, we want to hear from you!

We pay well and we reward exceptional work. Hourly, part-time, with a rate that grows as you do.

We are honoured to share that Brie & Banquet has once again been named Runner-Up for Best Wedding Caterer by

Thank you to everyone who voted for us, and to the couples who have trusted us with the most meaningful days of their lives. Being included on this list year after year never loses its magic for our little wild catering co.

Over the years, we’ve watched weddings become something so joyful. Less about rigid formalities. Less about chafers and perfectly timed courses.

And more about connection. More about laughter, movement, and food that invites people to gather, wander, and return for one more bite.

Weddings and the swirl or life and love and energy around them are so wonderful and diverse!

They are the bridal showers where champagne glasses clink beside our grazing tables, and welcome receptions with introductions over beautiful food.

Rehearsal dinners that stretch long into the evening, and nourishing bridal party breakfasts full of anticipation, and slow send off brunches when everyone arrives a little tired and so smiley from the night before.

Engagement parties in the new mother-in-law’s home, where everyone is meeting for the first time and kitchens fill with laughter.

And romantic outdoor ceremonies in our beautiful foothills for just thirty guests. Lively receptions for one hundred ten, where the couple’s favourite bites are piled high.

Intimate elopements tucked deep in the mountains, in little Airbnbs where the moment feels enormous. And community halls transformed into candlelit cocktail receptions and speakeasy-style celebrations.

At Brie & Banquet, the catering has never just been placed on a table.

It’s part of the atmosphere. Part of the décor. Part of the mood. It’s a vibe! A focal point where people gather and graze, where stories and laughter unfold, and celebrations take shape.

To be part of that, again and again, is the greatest honour of all.

Love is in the air ~ and so is the smell of fresh ciabatta and eucalyptus! 🥖🌿

We had the honor of creating this dreamy grazing table for a beautiful bridal shower here in Calgary. Artisan charcuterie, premium cheeses, honeycomb and all the best accompaniments, every bite was made to celebrate love (and wow the guests! 🤩💞).
